I would be interested in joining the green team if you have a need or desire of an additional member. I am the Director of a Nursing Program at Ohio Northern University and I am very interested in the leadership component and its affect upon the clinical environment for patients, families, RN(s), staff, faculty, and students. I have been a Nurse Manager twice of critical care areas and have also worked the staff development. I believe by working together (education & practice) we can improve the environment and relationships of all members of the health care team. Looking forward to your reply.
