    To whom it may concern:
I am interested in joining your team. It is with great pleasure that I would accept any opportunity to aide in the future developments and direction of the nursing profession. I believe in advancement, autonomy and evidence based practice. The field of nursing has and will continue to evolve to support and provide for the needs of their community and clients. To be apart of an organization with visions to encompass such tasks will be an honor. I currently work as a nurse practitioner with a hospitalist group.
    Thank you
    Gail Crump MSN, CNRN, FNP
